A games controller, called a gamepad, is something most people see in their house everyday. They help you navigate in the game, they seem to constantly need charging, and they can make a heck of a mess if you get too excitable and accidentally throw them through the TV screen.

This rather spiffy video released by Valve shows how Steam Controllers are made in the company’s production plant in Buffalo Grove, Illinois. It’s well worth a watch!
